MexicoNow, LLC (“MexicoNow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit mxnowtravel.com or engage our travel design services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or services, you agree to this Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to design a trip for you. That includes:
- Information you provide directly. Your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share when you contact us, complete an intake form, or engage our Concierge service — including travel preferences, dates, party size, dietary needs, accessibility requirements, and budget ranges.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, IP address, referring URL, and pages visited. This is collected through standard website analytics.
- Information from third parties. If you reach us through a partner referral or a social platform, we may receive your contact information from that source.
We do not collect financial information for signature trips. For signature trips, you book and pay each supplier directly; their privacy policies govern those transactions.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Design and deliver bespoke travel experiences customized to you.
- Communicate with you about your trip, our services, and follow-up after travel.
- Improve our site, our service, and our future trip designs.
- Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

- Suppliers and partners strictly necessary to deliver your trip — hotels, guides, restaurants, transfer providers, and others you have engaged through our design.

We do not share your information with anyone else for marketing purposes.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No internet transmission is one hundred percent secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat the security of your information as a priority.
Children’s Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
International Visitors
MexicoNow operates in the United States. By using our site or services, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States and consent to that processing.
